Doug Wetzel

Prior to co-founding IntelliCap, Doug was the Chief Revenue Officer at Eisner Technology Services, a $50MM consulting company, where he designed and executed a successful restructuring of the organization resulting in a 40% increase in profitability. Before that, Doug was the Senior Vice President , Sales for NeuVis, an e-commerce software company, where he built from scratch the Sales, Operations, Alliances and Market Development groups growing the company from $0 to $27MM in sales. NeuVis was acquired by Rational Software which is now part of IBM.

Doug spent 8 years as founder and CEO of ISF (International Software Finance) a specialty finance company specializing in the design and management of outsourced Customer Acquisition Programs for Software Companies. The Company was acquired by Provident Bank in 1999. At the time of the sale the company had revenues of nearly $70MM.

Prior to founding ISF, Doug was Vice President Sales for Meridian Software Funding. In his role he was responsible for the design, launch and management of Sybase Financial services, and the development of outsourced software vendor finance programs through the management of a nationwide sales force. Doug started his career with the high-tech finance division of Bank of Boston.

Over the more than 30 years of Doug's career, he has raised over $100MM in Venture Capital, $140MM in Senior Debt, developed business cases for over $6.5 Billion in software transactions, trained nearly 1000 software professionals, and authored two Whitepapers for Gartner Group.

Doug has a B.A. in Business Administration from Hartwick College, Oneonta New York.

Bob Foote

Prior to co-founding IntelliCap, Bob spent 5 years as CFO & COO of ISF (International Software Finance) and was responsible for all financial operations and reporting, internal systems and administration, bank, lender syndicate and investor relationship management, and transaction processing and servicing. During his tenure at ISF, Bob was instrumental in raising $5 million in venture capital, more than $25 million in senior debt facilities, and led their Syndication and Securitization efforts which fueled the growth and met the liquidity demands of this rapidly growing company.

Prior to ISF Bob spent eight years as Senior Vice President and CFO Hometown Bancorporation, a $1Billion publicly traded bank where he was responsible for all financial, deposit and loan operations and information technology. Bob developed several technology acquisition models used to business justify the Bank's hardware and software technology investments. Bob was one of the first 25 employees, and built from scratch all servicing, reporting, underwriting and investment operations.

Bob began his career at Price Waterhouse and spent three years auditing public and private companies in a variety of industries.

Bob, a member of the AICPA and the Ohio Society of CPAs, has a B.S. in Accounting from Fairfield University and is a CPA, licensed in Ohio.
